Department Teams

Check Processing

The goal of this team is to accurately process all checks within a timely manner and disburse to clients with all necessary information to identify and close matters. File Processing

Our file processing team is comprised of 6 highly skilled and experienced individuals who understand the trials and tribulations of preparing files for arbitration. This team can answer any and all questions about processing and team manager Romina can be reached at fishkill@menashelawfirm.com.

Settlement Team

One of the most important aspects of our firm is resolving matters in a quick manner which will be beneficial to our clients. Our strong relationships with insurance carriers set us apart from our competitors. This team is led by Zachary and he can be reached at

EUO or Delay Letters

This team is dedicated to responding to EUO letters, delay and response letters, and any other inquiries you may receive from the carriers. Preparation for EUO

The Examination under oath has become a tool used by the carriers to delay and deny legitimate claims. When our clients are asked to attend we are there to fully discuss the issues and reach out to the carrier’s counsel to further investigate before the final date. Our goal is to attempt the resolution of outstanding issues without the need for examination. If it is deemed necessary our clients have an excellent understanding of what to expect during and after the examination.

Reporting

An important aspect of any collection practice is reporting. Our firm has the ability to forward our client’s reports on demand. The reports are in easy-to-understand excel format and data can be easily sorted based on client requests.
